Contacting for "Stero" tarck

When deciding what track we wanted to use we wanted to gain the permission of the band or there manager to use the audio track. We found a contact email for the band who produced the track Stereo and emailed them with our intention for what the track was going to be used for. Below is the Email we sent them and the reply to that email.

Even though we had gained permission we saw a potential problem that they wanted to see the video before we released it so this could cause problems if they did not like it as it would be a song track we could not use. we emailed back again for them to clarify if we were ok to show it as long as it stayed unlisted, this was agreed fine.
